New Home
I’m slowly but surely getting to know my new community here in El Dorado Hills. It is an exciting new adventure for my family: So many trails to explore throughout the hills and lakes, many opportunities for sports and fitness – there is even an archery club (though I’m not sure I’m ready for the bow and arrow just yet).
Settling into this new home, I’m designing some new fitness programs to offer for any and all who would like to enjoy fresh, creative additions to their fitness programs. Whether participating in my “Patricia-style” Zumba classes, enjoying the sunrise during Yogalates On Deck, working out in the convenience of your own home or the comfort of my home studio with my Mobile Personal Training services, getting your sexy on with ExotiGirl Fitness, or kicking booty in my on-site bootcamps, there is sure to be a little something for everyone.
Stay tuned for more information…
Patricia Fitness moving
Dear friends, family, and everyone who has exercised at Patricia Fitness,
I want to offer my sincerest appreciation for all of your support for my downtown fitness studio. You have helped me take a dream and lift it off the ground, an experience I will never forget. It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that I will be closing the Lodi studio after January 31, 2012. I will miss our classes and trainings, and all the fun we have in our morning and evening workouts.
As often happens on life’s unpredictable journey, some changes and opportunities have arisen, and my family and I will be moving to the Sacramento area. With excitement for things to come, along with nostalgia and gratitude for my years as part of the Lodi community, I will be stepping towards the next stage in my life adventures.
This is not a goodbye letter, as not only do I plan to visit Lodi often, but a little website known as “Facebook” is a great way to keep us all connected. Please do stay in touch and let me know how you are doing in your own adventures!
If you ever have any fitness or nutrition questions, you know I am always happy to help in any way that I can. I’m just a phone call, text, email, and/or Facebook message away.
Thank you for all the wonderful experiences and memories we have shared.
Best Wishes,
Patricia Moore

Nutrition Help!
Nutrition is often the most difficult component of a weight loss program.
Even fitness enthusiasts who have made the commitment to exercise regularly often find it hard to commit to healthy, well-balanced, portion-controlled eating habits. Between demanding work schedules, family responsibilities and household chores, we don’t always prioritize healthful eating. In fact, it is quite common to make self-sabotaging food choices as a way to “manage” stress (however temporary and harmful we know it to be).
However, in addition to fueling our bodies and minds, proper nutrition is absolutely vital to weight loss success!
The Meal Movement was created by Fitness Professionals as a means to help clients re-established a healthy relationship with food. By creating a 28-day meal plan that is * Simple * Convenient * Healthy * Delicious * Affordable * and * Natural * TMM takes the guesswork out of the nutritional component on your road to wellness by re-training your eating habits.
Those of you who know me know that I am against “gimmicks” and “get thin quick” schemes. I have never considered myself a salesperson and would never guide my clients or friends down a path that I believe to be harmful to the body, mind, spirit, home, family, or finances. While this program (admittedly) does not currently offer organic solutions (for the sake of keeping it affordable), I do believe the next best thing is to eat healthy, fresh (or fresh frozen), non-processed, preservative-free, wholesome foods.
If you are interested in kick-starting your nutritional program with a 28-day supply of prepared meals, please click on this link for more information, or to place an order.
And of course you can always feel free to contact me at (209) 327-3629, Patricia.Fitness@yahoo.com, or visit the Patricia Fitness Studio at 112 S. Church Street in Downtown Lodi (and take a Zumba class while you’re there!).
Happy Healthy Holidays!
